Ruby Brewer-Watkins is the Founder and Creative Director of RBW Stationery & Events, a luxury guest experience and paper design studio rooted in hospitality, thoughtful presentation, and elevated storytelling.

With more than 25 years of interdisciplinary experience spanning hospitality leadership, culinary arts, luxury events, and custom print production, Ruby brings a uniquely refined perspective to every project—balancing creative vision with operational precision.

Prior to founding RBW, Ruby held leadership and event planning roles with respected hospitality brands including Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh, Grand Hyatt Atlanta, and Rivers Casino Pittsburgh, where she planned and executed events ranging from intimate celebrations to large-scale guest experiences serving over 1,000 attendees.

This hospitality foundation continues to shape RBW’s philosophy today: intentional details, seamless guest experience, and white-glove creative execution.

Ruby’s formal education includes culinary training through the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute, along with advanced coursework in Culinary Arts Management at The Art Institute of Atlanta. Her background in culinary arts deeply influences her approach to visual storytelling, composition, production workflow, and sensory presentation.

Over the years, Ruby has further developed specialized expertise in fine-art printing and luxury paper production through advanced industry education and mentorships with respected stationers and artisan printmakers across the United States.
