We begin with a discovery call to connect, review your vision, and discuss the details of your celebration.
From your aesthetic to meaningful personal elements and venue context, this phase establishes the creative direction for your suite.

Following our conversation, a custom proposal is prepared outlining the scope of your project, design direction, and investment. Once approved, a retainer secures your date and your project officially begins.

This is a collaborative 3–4 month design phase where your custom invitation suite is thoughtfully developed through our guided design process. Following booking, we begin with a dedicated design consultation to dive deeper into your vision, materials, and overall aesthetic direction.
Throughout this phase, we guide you through each step—from initial concepts and revisions to final approvals—ensuring every detail is intentional, cohesive, and beautifully refined.

Your invitations move into production, where each piece is carefully printed and finished. We collaborate with some of the finest printmakers and artisan presses in the industry to ensure exceptional quality, material integrity, and craftsmanship.
From specialty printing methods to ribbon, wax seals, and assembly, every detail is executed with precision and care.

For a seamless experience, assembly, addressing, and mailing coordination are available.
When applicable, we thoughtfully curate and prepare postage to complement your suite and ensure a polished final presentation.
Custom invitation timelines typically begin 6–8 months before your wedding date to allow for design, production, and mailing.
We accept custom invitation inquiries up to 11 months prior to your wedding date, with current availability through March 2027.
